The Joy of NOW

Discover the Joy that is in pure NOW. Completely independent from how your Now looks like. Even if the present moment is just horrible. If you allow it to BE all horror leaves and what shows up again from the background is JOY pure. Which is our fundamental level of existence, indeed.

NOW is the only entrance into ALL THAT IS. Access to the phenomenon called Life. We, we don't live tomorrow. It's only "FREE Beer" served that time. Whatever IS, it's always NOW. And Joy is its child. Making ourselves unhappy is simple to accomplish: leaving NOW - to live in "cyberspace".

It's not always easy to really be with what is. Stable body conditions are a solid foundation for this. Anti-aging, increased strength and efficiency of heart functions and repair of damaged nerves are widely useful. There's no limitation to the extent of joy each one of us is able to unfold. Now.
